Your wrist is too bent.
At the wrist, the forearm bones, the ulna and radius, articulate with several bones of the hand. The ulna and radius are each connected to the hand via their own joint. There is also another joint between the ends of the ulna and the radius.
Joints can be too bent when the joints or the bones involved are diseased or damaged. When joints are too bent, it can be painful. You may not be able to move the affected part of your body properly.
