You have partially or fully dislocated your wrist.
At the wrist, the forearm bones, the ulna and radius, articulate with several bones of the hand. The ulna and radius are each connected to the hand via their own joint. There is also another joint between the ends of the ulna and the radius.You may also have dislocated the joint between the ends of your ulna and your radius.
When a joint is dislocated, the bones in the joint are no longer properly aligned. The affected part of the body can then no longer be moved properly. One may also have pain in the joint.
You have dislocated your wrist due to a disorder. This may be, for example, an inflamed joint or a condition of the nerves or muscles.
