Meistens sammelt sich Eiter an, wenn die Niere oder das Gewebe um die Niere herum entzündet ist. Die Niere entzündet sich Beispiel durch Krankheits-Erreger. Um den Eiter herum kann sich eine dünne Hülle bilden.
Wahrscheinlich haben Sie Fieber und fühlen sich sehr krank. Häufig hat man auch Schmerzen an der Seite vom Rücken oder im Bauch. Manchmal kann man eine Schwellung unter der Haut tasten.
