Zu den Harnwegen gehören die Harnleiter, die Harnblase und die Harnröhre. Von den beiden Nieren fließt der Urin über die Harnleiter in die Harnblase. Die Harnröhre leitet den Urin aus der Harnblase nach außen ab.
Die Ursache für Ihre verengte Harnröhre ist, dass sich Ihre Harnröhre durch Erreger entzündet hat. Dadurch kann die Harnröhre vernarben und dann enger werden.
Wenn die Harnröhre zu eng ist, dann kann man meist nicht mehr richtig Wasser lassen. Es kann sein, dass der Harnstrahl zum Beispiel sehr schwach ist. Möglicherweise hat man dann sehr oft den Drang Wasser zu lassen, besonders auch nachts. Es kann auch sein, dass sich die Harnwege durch die verengte erneut Harnröhre entzünden.
