Die Eichel ist die Spitze vom Penis. Die hellen Flecken können zum Beispiel entstehen, wenn die Eichel über längere Zeit entzündet ist. Es kann sein, dass sich die Zellen in den hellen Flecken mit der Zeit stärker verändern und unkontrolliert wachsen. Dadurch kann eine Krebs-Erkrankung entstehen.
Bei dieser Erkrankung hat man oft starken Juckreiz an der Eichel. Möglicherweise verengt sich auch die Vorhaut vom Penis. Die Vorhaut ist die Haut, die die Eichel bedeckt und normalerweise über die Eichel zurückgezogen werden kann. Wenn der Penis steif ist, dann kann die Eichel schmerzen. Es kann auch sein, dass man Probleme beim Wasserlassen hat.
