Die Schwellkörper im Penis sorgen dafür, dass der Penis bei Erregung steif wird. Die Schwellkörper füllen sich dann mit Blut. Bei Ihnen ist der Penis auch ohne Erregung seit mehreren Stunden steif. Wenn zu viel Blut in die Schwellkörper fließt, dann kann der Penis nur noch schlecht abschwellen. Meist hat man dabei keine Schmerzen.
Es gibt viele verschiedene Ursachen dafür, dass der Penis für mehrere Stunden steif ist. Medikamente, Drogen oder verschiedene Erkrankungen können zum Beispiel die Ursache sein. Es kann auch sein, dass man keine Ursache findet.
