Zu den männlichen Geschlechtsorganen gehören unter anderem die Hoden und der Penis. Die Hoden befinden sich außen am Körper in einer Hülle aus Haut. Das ist der Hodensack.
Bei Ihnen hat sich das Gewebe unter der Haut stark entzündet. Meist sind der Hodensack und auch der After davon betroffen. Die Haut verfärbt sich dann meist schwarz und es entstehen Wunden. Häufig hat man auch Fieber. Man ist dann meist schwer krank.
Eine Entzündung an den Geschlechtsorganen und am After kann zum Beispiel durch Krankheitserreger oder durch andere Erkrankungen ausgelöst werden.
