Die Eierstöcke gehören zu den weiblichen Geschlechtsorganen. Es gibt zwei Eierstöcke, einen auf jeder Seite. Die Eierstöcke liegen unten im Bauch. In den Eierstöcken reifen Eizellen heran. Aus den Eizellen kann später ein Kind entstehen. Die Eierstöcke stellen auch verschiedene Botenstoffe her. Die beiden Eileiter führen jeweils links und rechts von den Eierstöcken in Richtung Gebärmutter. Sie sind wie Schläuche und befördern die Eizellen von den Eierstöcken in die Gebärmutter.
