Sie haben wiederkehrende Beschwerden, die in den Tagen vor Ihrer Regelblutung beginnen.
Während des normalen monatlichen Zyklus wird die Schleimhaut in der Gebärmutter zunächst immer dicker. Dann wird sie im Rahmen der Regelblutung abgestoßen. Dafür sind verschiedene Geschlechtshormone zuständig.
In der Zeit vor der Regelblutung kann man verschiedene Beschwerden haben. Es kann zum Beispiel sein, dass man Schmerzen im Unterleib oder im unteren Rücken hat. Es kann zudem sein, dass die Brust anschwillt und schmerzhaft spannt. Auch Kopfschmerzen können auftreten. Außerdem kann es sein, dass die Stimmung gedrückt ist oder dass man Stimmungs-Schwankungen hat.
