Bei einer Blasenmole entwickelt sich aus einer befruchteten Eizelle kein Kind, sondern es entsteht eine gutartige Geschwulst. Es kann sich auch um eine Schwangerschaft handeln, die sich nicht im normalen Bereich innerhalb der Gebärmutter entwickelt hat.
