Während der Schwangerschaft arbeiten die Nieren verstärkt und sind auch etwas durchlässiger für Proteine. Dadurch können auch mehr Proteine aus dem Blut in den Urin gelangen. Bei Ihnen sind jedoch zu viele Proteine im Urin.
