ICD-Code O32.0: Betreuung der Mutter wegen wechselnder Kindslage
Ihr Kind hat in der Zeit kurz vor der Geburt einmal oder mehrmals die Position gewechselt ober es gibt Gründe, dies anzunehmen.
In den letzten Wochen der Schwangerschaft dreht sich das Kind in die Geburtsposition. Normalerweise zeigt der Kopf des Kindes dann nach unten und liegt im Becken der Mutter. Meistens zeigt das Gesicht vom Kind zum mütterlichen Rücken und das Kind hat den Kopf zur Brust gebeugt. Der Rücken vom Kind ist zur rechten oder linken Seite der Mutter gedreht.
Wenn das Kind die Position wechselt und zur Geburt nicht in der üblichen Geburtsposition liegt, dann kann das zu Problemen führen. Dadurch kann beispielsweise die Geburt länger dauern als normalerweise oder es kann ein Kaiserschnitt nötig werden.
