Sie bluten in der Schwangerschaft aus der Scheide und haben eine Störung der Blutgerinnung.
Wenn man blutet, dann gerinnt das Blut normalerweise nach einer Weile von selbst. An der Blutgerinnung sind unter anderem Blutplättchen und verschiedene Gerinnungs-Proteine im Blut beteiligt. Die Blutplättchen können miteinander verkleben und so eine Blutung stoppen. Die Gerinnungs-Proteine stabilisieren die verklebten Blutplättchen. Dadurch können dann zum Beispiel Wunden heilen. Bei einer Störung der Blutgerinnung blutet man beispielsweise stärker oder länger als normalerweise.
