ICD-Code O71.4: Hoher Scheidenriss unter der Geburt
Bei Ihnen ist der obere Teil der Scheide während der Geburt eingerissen.
Die Gebärmutter liegt im Becken und ist wie eine Birne geformt. Der schmalere Teil ragt nach unten in die Scheide hinein und heißt Gebärmutter-Hals. In der Gebärmutter entwickelt sich bei einer schwangeren Frau das Kind. Die Scheide ist schlauchförmig und führt von außen zur Gebärmutter.
Wenn sich das Kind während der Geburt durch die Scheide schiebt, dann kann die Scheide einreißen. Die Scheide kann auch durch bestimmte Hilfsmittel verletzt werden, die man zur Unterstützung der Geburt einsetzt.
Aus einem Riss im oberen Teil der Scheide kann es bluten.
