In der Zeit kurz nach der Geburt ist eine Blutung aus der kindlichen Scheide aufgetreten.
Hormone sind Botenstoffe, die Abläufe im Körper beeinflussen. Die weiblichen Geschlechtshormone steuern beispielsweise den weiblichen Zyklus.
In der Schwangerschaft wirken die mütterlichen Hormone auch auf das Kind ein. Nach der Geburt endet die Wirkung der mütterlichen Hormone beim Kind. Dann kann es in den ersten Tagen nach der Geburt bei neugeborenen Mädchen zu einer leichten Blutung aus der Scheide kommen.
