Ihr Hüftgelenk ist ausgekugelt. Das ist angeboren.
Die beiden Hüftgelenke verbinden das Becken mit den Oberschenkel-Knochen. Seitlich am Beckenknochen ist jeweils eine Mulde. Diese Mulde heißt auch Hüftpfanne. In der Hüftpfanne liegt der Hüftkopf. Der Hüftkopf ist das kugelförmige, obere Ende vom Oberschenkel-Knochen.
Wenn das Hüftgelenk ausgekugelt ist, dann befindet sich der Hüftkopf vom Oberschenkel-Knochen nicht mehr in der Hüftpfanne.
Es kann sein, dass ein angeborenes ausgekugeltes Hüftgelenk zunächst keine Beschwerden macht. Im Verlauf kann es jedoch zu Schmerzen beim Gehen kommen. Es kann auch sein, dass die Bewegungen im Hüftgelenk eingeschränkt sind.
