Zum Beispiel kann die Einnahme bestimmter Medikamente in der Schwangerschaft dazu führen, dass die Arme oder Beine beim Kind sich nicht richtig entwickeln. Auch wenn während der Schwangerschaft Teile der Arme oder der Beine des Kindes nicht richtig durchblutet werden, dann kann es zu Fehlbildungen kommen.
