Bei Ihnen ist Urin aus den Harnwegen in umliegendes Gewebe gelangt.
Zu den Harnwegen gehören die Harnleiter, die Harnblase und die Harnröhre. Von den beiden Nieren fließt der Urin über die Harnleiter in die Harnblase. Die Harnröhre leitet den Urin aus der Harnblase nach außen ab.
Die Harnwege können zum Beispiel bei einer Operation oder durch eine Erkrankung geschädigt werden. Dadurch kann eine undichte Stelle entstehen. Aus dieser undichten Stelle kann dann Urin in das umliegende Gewebe fließen.
Wenn Urin in das umliegende Gewebe fließt, dann kann man Schmerzen und Fieber haben. Es kann auch sein, dass sich Gewebe im Bauch entzündet.
