Die Lendenwirbelsäule besteht aus 5 Wirbeln. Diese Wirbel sind über die Wirbelgelenke miteinander verbunden. Zwischen den Wirbeln festigen verschiedene Bänder die Wirbelsäule. Die Bandscheiben zwischen den Wirbeln federn Belastungen ab. Sie haben sich bei einer Verletzung Gelenke überlastet oder Bänder überdehnt. Es kann auch sein, dass die Bandscheiben stark belastet wurden.
Dadurch kann man Rückenschmerzen haben oder man kann sich nicht mehr richtig bewegen.
