Im Bauch verlaufen viele Blutgefäße. Es gibt zum Beispiel Blutgefäße für die Verdauungsorgane, aber auch für die Haut und Muskeln.
Venen sind Blutgefäße, die das Blut zurück zum Herzen befördern. Die Pfortader sammelt nährstoffreiches Blut von den Bauchorganen und bringt es in die Leber. Das Blut aus der Milzvene fließt direkt in die Pfortader. Sie haben eine Verletzung der Pfortader oder der Milzvene. Es kann auch sein, dass bei Ihnen eine oder mehrere Venen mit Blut aus dem Darm verletzt sind.
Wenn ein Blutgefäß verletzt ist, dann blutet es meistens. Bei einer stärkeren Blutung kann sich im Gewebe Blut ansammeln. Man kann dann Schmerzen haben. Bei einer Blutung unter der Haut bildet sich manchmal ein blauer Fleck.
