Wenn man Wasser lassen muss, dann fließt der Urin aus der Harnblase über die Harnröhre nach außen.

Wenn ein Organ im Bauch oder im Becken verletzt ist, dann kann man Schmerzen in dem Bereich haben. Manchmal hat man auch Blut im Urin. Möglicherweise kann man außerdem nicht mehr richtig Wasser lassen.
