Sie haben Verletzungen an mehreren Harnorganen oder Beckenorganen.
Zu den Harnorganen gehören Organe, die den Urin bilden oder aus dem Körper ausscheiden. Von den beiden Nieren fließt der Urin über die Harnleiter in die Harnblase. Die Harnröhre leitet den Urin aus der Harnblase nach außen ab. Zu den Beckenorganen gehören alle Organe im Becken, zum Beispiel die Geschlechtsorgane.
Wenn ein Organ im Bauch oder im Becken verletzt ist, dann kann man Schmerzen in dem Bereich haben. Wenn es im Bauch stark blutet, dann kann man sehr krank sein.
