Sie haben einen Penisbruch.
Im Penis befinden sich mehrere Schwellkörper und die Harnröhre. Wenn sich die Schwellkörper mit Blut füllen, dann wird der Penis steif.
Wenn der Penis steif ist und stark gebogen wird, dann können die Schwellkörper einreißen. Wenn ein oder mehrere Schwellkörper einreißen, dann sagt man dazu Penisbruch. Es ist möglich, dass man das Einreißen von den Schwellkörpern als Knacken hört. Der Penis kann direkt danach schlaff werden.
Bei einem Penisbruch kann man starke Schmerzen haben. Es können sich ein blauer Fleck oder eine Schwellung am Penis bilden.
