Der Fuß besteht aus vielen kleinen Knochen und Gelenken. Der Unterschenkel ist mit der Fußwurzel verbunden. Danach folgen der Mittelfuß und anschließend die einzelnen Zehen. Das Sprungbein ist ein Fußwurzel-Knochen. Über das Sprungbein ist der Fuß mit dem Unterschenkel verbunden. Diese Verbindung nennt man oberes Sprunggelenk.
Wenn man sich Gelenke ausrenkt, dann stehen die Knochen nicht mehr richtig zueinander.
Wenn die Knochen nicht richtig zueinander stehen, dann kann man dadurch Schmerzen haben oder den Fuß nicht mehr richtig bewegen.
