Das Gewebe im Körper besteht aus Zellen. Bei einer Krebs-Erkrankung vermehren sich die Zellen unkontrolliert. Dadurch entsteht eine bösartige Gewebe-Neubildung. Die Krebs-Zellen können das gesunde Gewebe zerstören und sich im gesamten Körper ausbreiten.
Manchmal kann man auch nach einer Krebs-Erkrankung noch Beschwerden haben. Es kann auch sein, dass man nach der Behandlung noch einmal untersucht wird.
