Ein künstlicher Ausgang aus den Harnwegen ist eine zusätzliche Verbindung von der Niere, vom Harnleiter oder von der Harnröhre nach außen. Eine solche Verbindung wird durch eine Operation geschaffen. Der Urin wird dann über diese Verbindung ausgeschieden.
