Zu den Harnorganen gehören Organe, die den Urin bilden oder aus dem Körper ausscheiden. Von den beiden Nieren fließt der Urin über die Harnleiter in die Harnblase. Die Harnröhre leitet den Urin aus der Harnblase nach außen ab.
Künstliches Material in den Harnorganen kann beispielsweise ein Schlauch in den Harnleitern oder in der Harnröhre sein. Durch so einen Schlauch soll der Urin abfließen. Die Harnblase kann in manchen Fällen auch durch eine künstliche Harnblase ersetzt werden.
