Die Harnblase liegt unten im Bauch und sammelt den Urin. Der Urin wird in den beiden Nieren gebildet. Von den Nieren gelangt der Urin über die Harnleiter in die Harnblase. Wenn man Wasser lässt, dann fließt der Urin von der Harnblase über die Harnröhre nach außen ab.
Für die Operation wurden Werkzeuge über Ihre Harnröhre in die Harnblase eingebracht.
