Bei Ihnen wurde Prostata-Gewebe durch die Harnröhre entfernt.
Die Prostata gehört zu den Geschlechtsorganen des Mannes. Die Prostata liegt unter der Harnblase und umschließt die Harnröhre. Man nennt die Prostata auch Vorsteherdrüse. In der Prostata wird ein Teil der Samenflüssigkeit gebildet.
In einem Eingriff hat man bei Ihnen ein Instrument in die Harnröhre geschoben. Das Instrument ist innen hohl. Dadurch kann man zum Beispiel eine kleine Kamera und Geräte in die Harnröhre schieben. Man hat bei Ihnen so durch die Harnröhre Prostata-Gewebe entfernt. Bei Ihnen hat man das Prostata-Gewebe mit einer Draht-Schlinge entfernt, durch die Strom fließt. Außerdem hat man bei Ihnen durch die Bauchdecke einen Schlauch in die Harnblase eingelegt.
