OPS-Code 5-784.d0:
Operations on other bones: Bone transplantation and transposition: Transplantation of a cortico-spongiosa chip, autogenous, endoscopic: Clavicle
You had an operation to place bone material in your collarbone.
The collarbone (clavicle) is a bone at the front of the ribcage. It runs from the ribcage to the shoulder and joins the shoulder blade at the shoulder.
The bone material was inserted within the scope of an endoscopy. An endoscopy starts with a small incision being made in the skin. A thin tube or hose is advanced through this incision. There is a camera at the top of the tube or scope. The camera transmits images of the inside of the body to a screen. Instruments such as forceps or scissors can be inserted through other small incisions.
The bone material for your collarbone was taken from another part of your body beforehand.
