You had the breast implant placed between your large chest muscle and your ribs. The large and small chest muscles cover the ribs in the chest area. The chest muscles are used to move the upper arm towards the body’s midline at the front. The chest muscles also allow the upper arm to rotate inwards and they pull the shoulder blades down.
