Im Penis gibt es die Schwellkörper. Die Schwellkörper füllen sich mit Blut, wenn man erregt ist. Dadurch wird der Penis steif. Wenn sich die Schwellkörper nicht gut mit Blut füllen, dann wird der Penis nicht steif.

Bei Ihnen gibt es eine körperliche Ursache dafür, dass ihr Penis nicht richtig steif wird. Es kann zum Beispiel sein, dass man eine Erkrankung an den Blutgefäßen hat. Dann können sich die Schwellkörper nur noch schlecht mit Blut füllen. Es kann auch sein, dass der Gehalt an bestimmten Botenstoffen im Körper gestört ist. Botenstoffe sind ebenfalls wichtig, damit sich die Schwellkörper mit Blut füllen können. Auch manche Medikamente oder ein höheres Alter können dazu führen, dass der Penis nicht richtig steif wird.
