You have yaws.

Yaws is caused by bacteria. You can get infected through skin contact with an infected person. The disease occurs in tropical countries.

A single pustule or a weeping lesion can initially form on the skin at the point of contact. After some months, pustules or weeping lesions can repeatedly occur everywhere on the body.
