You have yaws.
Yaws is caused by bacteria. You can get infected through skin contact with an infected person. The disease occurs in tropical countries.
A single pustule or a weeping lesion can initially form on the skin at the point of contact. After some months, pustules or weeping lesions can repeatedly occur everywhere on the body. After some years, deep lesions can occur in the nose and throat area.
