You have a serious illness caused by certain fungi.
In America these fungi occur in the ground in dry regions. You can become infected by breathing in dust that contains germs. Sandstorms, in particular, increase this risk.
The fungi have spread throughout your body. This particularly happens when your defense system is weak. The symptoms depend on which organs and tissues have been damaged. In that case, you may be seriously ill.
When the lungs are inflamed by the fungi you can have a high temperature, headaches, a cough or breathing problems.
