You have been infected by certain fungi. This has caused changes in your mucous membrane.
In your case, fungi have settled in your mucous membrane. This usually causes polyps that can bleed to grow. The mucous membranes in the head, airways or genital organs can be affected.
The fungi are particularly found in warm regions everywhere in the world.
