You have been diagnosed as having flukes.
Flukes are parasites that infect fresh water fish, for example. Parasites are small creatures that, at least for periods of time, live off other creatures. In humans they can cause illnesses. You can become infected if you do not cook infected or contaminated food properly before eating it.
