You have some white blood cells that are not working properly.
Blood is made up of a liquid part and different blood cells, among other things. The blood cells include the red blood cells, the white blood cells and the platelets. White blood cells are part of the body’s immune system. They fight pathogens.
There are various types of white blood cell. The fact that some of your white blood cells do not work properly means that your body cannot fend off some of the pathogens properly.
For example, you may become ill more quickly. You may also become seriously ill. Sometimes certain areas of the body become extremely inflamed. Wounds may also not heal properly. It is also possible to have other symptoms. This disease is hereditary. Other family members may also be affected.
