You have taken insufficient calcium with your food.

Calcium for instance is important for bone stability. Furthermore, we need calcium, among other things, for our muscles and nerves.

If you have insufficient calcium in your body, you may for instance have muscle cramps or your bones will no longer be as strong.

You had taken insufficient calcium with your food. Calcium is contained in dairy products, for example. Calcium is also contained in particular types of vegetables such as broccoli and rocket.
