E63.1: Imbalance of constituents of food intake

You are lacking important nutrients.

The body needs certain important nutrients in order to be able to work properly. The body cannot create these nutrients itself. They have to be ingested with food. You are not ingesting enough nutrients with your food. That can be the case for instance if you are having too little food or not enough food containing important nutrients.

If you have too few of these important nutrients in your body, you may be more susceptible to pathogens. Sometimes you will be less resilient. You may also lose weight.
