E64.8: Sequelae of other nutritional deficiencies
In the past you were lacking important nutrients. As a result, you are having symptoms.
Your body needs food in order to have enough energy, grow and stay healthy. Food is made up of various nutrients. Food contains important nutrients that the body is unable to produce itself, for example. These nutrients must be consumed with food.
When you do not get enough important nutrients, various problems can occur. Some of the problems may also occur when you once more get enough nutrients.
There can be various reasons why there is a temporary lack of important nutrients. It may be, for example, that in the past you consumed too little food with these important nutrients. It is also possible that, due to some other condition, you were temporarily unable to properly absorb nutrients.
