F05.8: Other delirium
Your awareness has temporarily changed. This is also known as delirium.
With delirium, one is less aware than normal. The memory also often changes temporarily. One may be very restless and have a strong desire to move. One may also no longer know who or where one is. The senses and the sleep-wake cycle may be very mixed up. There is a physical reason for this. For example, it can be caused by damage to the brain, by medication or other disorders. A delirium like this may occur after an operation, for example.
