The symptoms change frequently. Your mood may change drastically. For example, you may feel very happy or very anxious. You may also misjudge reality. You can then, for example, be firmly convinced of something that does not correspond with the reality. You may also see things or hear voices that are not really there. There may also be other symptoms.
