F41.2: Mixed anxiety and depressive disorder
You have symptoms of an anxiety disorder and depression.
There are mental conditions that leave you feeling more anxious than normal or anxious without just cause. An anxiety disorder means you are more anxious than normal over a long period of time. This disorder can also cause people to have many fears and worries. Various other symptoms may also arise as a result. These symptoms include outbreaks of sweating, shaking or palpitations. You may also have digestive problems or have tensed muscles.
Depression is also a mental illness. When you have depression, your mood is often very low over a long period of time. They may also feel listless or exhausted and find everyday activities harder than before. They can also lose interest in things they enjoyed before. Depression can also cause physical symptoms. This means you can no longer sleep very well, for example, or that you have lost your appetite.
