F45.34: Somatoform autonomic dysfunction: Genitourinary system

You have symptoms for which there is no satisfactory physical cause.

You have various recurring physical symptoms. There are no physical causes that properly explain your symptoms. Symptoms may also be caused by mental issues. Nonetheless, the person may be convinced that there is a purely physical cause for their symptoms. The person is then often extremely preoccupied by their symptoms.

Your symptoms involve the genital organs or the organs required to passing water. These include the kidneys and bladder, for example. You may then feel pain or have problems passing water.
