You are more anxious than usual.
Everyone has personal characteristics that are deeply rooted. The personality involves certain patterns: how one things, feels and behaves. Personal characteristic patterns can exist that can cause problems in one’s work and social environment. This usually happens when behavioral patterns and thought patterns differ greatly from those of the majority of the population.
Your personality has changed. One may be persistently worried and tense inside. One may also feel unattractive and not very worthy. One may be more worried about being criticized in front of people. One also requires more security.
