You have mental problems because of your gender and your sexual preferences.

You know which gender you are and what your sexual preferences are. For example, one may have a preference for people of the other gender, the same gender, or both genders. You wish it were different, however. You have mental issues or behave abnormally as a result. It may be that treatment is wanted to change this.
