Your muscles are weak because they have been damaged by medications.
The muscles are sometimes damaged by certain blood pressure drugs or steroids, for example. Steroids are medicines aimed at helping counter inflammation, for example.
The severity of the symptoms may vary with this disorder. When the muscles are very weak the person is usually unable to move properly. The muscles may also be sore and keep going into spasm. It is also possible to have other symptoms. Other organs are also sometimes affected by the disorder.
