G83.40: Complete cauda equina syndrome
You have indications of failure in your buttocks and legs.
The spinal cord is located in the spinal column. The spinal cord is made up of nerve fibers. The brain uses the nerve fibers to exchange information with the organs, skin and muscles. At its lower end, the spinal cord transitions into the nerves for the pelvis and the legs. In your case, this area is damaged. It then becomes impossible to move one’s legs. One is no longer able to feel sensations in certain areas of the legs and the behind. It then becomes impossible to control urination and defecation.
