Your brain has been damaged by a lack of oxygen.
Your brain got too little oxygen and has been damaged as a result. Then one may have difficulties moving certain muscles, for example. One may also no longer be able to see or speak properly. Sometimes one’s behavior may be different to usual. Then sudden fits of anger may occur.
